You can call your child's smartwatch directly or receive their calls, and see the approximate area they're in via the cellular network. With one touch on the SOS button, the watch instantly contacts up to 3 emergency numbers you've set: no more worrying when they're at school, the park, or on vacation.

Authorized contact list: in the app you can set family numbers and trusted contacts. Your child will only be able to receive calls from these numbers: calls from strangers or unauthorized numbers are automatically blocked, for safe communication with no surprises.

Setup instructions

Carefully follow the steps illustrated below to correctly insert the SIM, connect KidGuard to the network, download the app and pair the smartwatch with the parent's smartphone. In a few simple steps, KidGuard will be ready to use.

Frequently asked questions

Does it need a SIM card to work?

Yes. To use calls and location, a Micro SIM with a data plan is required (not included in the box), as with most kids' smartwatches of this type.

How does the location feature work?

The smartwatch sends its position to the dedicated app via the cell tower network (LBS), not via satellite GPS. It therefore shows the approximate area where the child is, with a typical accuracy of a few hundred meters in urban areas — useful for knowing what area they're in, not for a precise position down to the meter.

What happens when the SOS button is pressed?

With one touch, the watch automatically contacts the emergency number preset by the parent in the app, so the child can ask for help in an instant.

How does it charge and how water-resistant is it?

It charges via the USB cable included in the box. It's resistant to rain and splashes, designed for a child's everyday use, but should not be fully submerged in water.

Will my child receive calls from anyone?

No. In the app you can set up a list of authorized numbers (parents, grandparents, family contacts): the smartwatch will only receive calls from those numbers. Calls from unknown or unauthorized numbers are automatically blocked, keeping your child protected from unwanted contacts.
